AORAQ is operated by Stanev Corp, a Delaware corporation. We respect your privacy and your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
1. Data we collect
- Account: email, display name.
- Content you create: goals, vision images, tasks, finance entries, voice memories and their transcripts.
- Usage telemetry (crash logs, anonymous events) to improve the product.
2. How we use it
Solely to run the AORAQ product on your behalf — sync across devices, transcribe and tag voice notes, generate quarterly reviews. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Storage and sub-processors
Your data is stored on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest. Voice transcription is processed by Google Gemini. Audio is processed transiently and is not retained for model training.
4. Your rights — GDPR
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and to object to processing. Email support@aoraq.app to exercise these rights.
5. Your rights — CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account inside the app from Profile → Account. We hard-delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
