Terms of Service

By using AORAQ ("the app"), provided by Stanev Corp ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

AORAQ is a personal-operating-system mobile app offering planning, manifestation, finance tracking, daily check-ins, and AI-powered voice memories. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Free trial and Premium

AORAQ offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, free-tier limits apply. Premium subscriptions, when available, will be charged through the App Store or Google Play according to their billing policies. Trials may be cancelled at any time before they end without charge.

4. Your content

You own the content you create in AORAQ. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use AORAQ to break the law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanev Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
